- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Bunch of idiots work here. PNC is garbage compared to other banks. I've been having problems ever since they took away the Virtual Wallet online app payment option. Customer service is horrible and doesn't help you at all. When withdrawing my money to transfer banks, they ask me why... Also the one Female employee was confused why I wanted to withdraw MY cash. I had to repeat to her 4 times that I choosing to change banks. She looked at me confused and had annoying comments on why I would withdraw my cash. Terrible customer service. I would rate -1/10.
